  • Component Seals
  • Component Seals
  • Besides a comprehensive range of standard inventory products, we are also devoted to developing a range of component seals (a kind of mechanical seals), depending on our modular seal technology, in order to meet lots of engineering applications.
    Application
Component seals are widely utilized in such industries as water pump factory, printing and dyeing machinery plant, paper mills, power plants, chemical plants, pharmaceutical shipyard, and sewage treatment plant, etc. These mechanical seals are also often used in hospital...
  • Dry Gas Seals
  • Dry Gas Seals
  • Dry gas seal, also called dry running gas seal, is non-contacting, which consists of a mating (rotating) ring and a primary (stationary) ring. When in operation, grooves in the rotating ring generate a fluid-dynamic force leading the stationary ring to separate and create a gap between the two rings.
    Usage
Due to its characteristics of eliminating contamination and not using lubricating oil, dry gas seal has been typically applied in centrifugal compressors in the last two decades. These dry running gas seals are also widely used in harsh working environment such as oil exploration, extraction...
  • Metal Bellows Seals
  • Metal Bellows Seals
  • As bellows (compensation mechanism) and one of sealing rings (rotary or stationary ring) are a whole, with no secondary seal ring in the middle, thus reducing leakage content and the friction resistance of bellows. For welded metal bellows seal, it is of high temperature resistance. As to PTFE metal bellows mechanical seal, it can be used under corrosion condition.
    Types of Metal Bellow Seals
Metal bellows mechanical seals have wide applications, regardless of low temperature or high temperature, neutral medium or corrosion medium, low speed or high speed, ordinary...
  • Mixer and Agitator Seals
  • Mixer and Agitator Seals
  • Agitator seal (mixer seal) is a mechanical seal designed for process-oriented applications, such as chemical pharmaceutical industry and tight-tolerance, clean and aseptic environments. Due to a proprietary heat-shrink technology, agitator seal features long service life, providing increased lubrication properties and more precise temperature control at the seal face.
    Application
Mechanical seals are designed on various systems used for agitating, mixing and blending products. And agitator seals are double mechanical seal designed for medium to ...
  • Single & Dual Cartridge Seals
  • Single & Dual Cartridge Seals
  • Cartridge seal is a ready-to-install mechanical seal. All parts of this cartridge mechanical seal form a compact unit together with the shaft sleeve, casing parts, connection flange and torque transmission element. Cartridge seal is an attempt to overcome the fitting problems of conventional seals. It is supplied in single and double form, and the gland plate is often fitted with various tappings to provide for flushing, cooling water injection, and disaster control.
    Application
Single cartridge seal meets key industry pump standards and can be used...
  • Special Seals
  • Special Seals
  • Split cartridge seal, just as its name implies, is primarily designed with a split rotating face and split stationary lapped ring. These rings or seal faces are sealed to the drive element and gland element via split secondary elastomer seals. These secondary seals may be molded for easy installation or vulcanized in place for custom seal designs. A series of springs are used to load the seal faces to prevent leakage from the primary seal. The splits may be machined to a polished finish to form a seal or may be sealed by a gasket.
The split mechanical seal is often mounted in place of mechanical packing or a conventional shaft seal because the equipment remains assembled while...
  • Seal Materials
  • Seal Materials
  • Seal materials (sealing elements) are used for preventing gas or water from flowing, featuring in good mechanical and physical properties, such as high elasticity, small deformation, reliable sealing, convenient processing, long service life, etc.
Seal materials have metal materials (aluminum, lead, indium, stainless steel) and non-metal materials (rubber, plastic, ceramic, graphite). They also have composite materials (rubber-asbestos). The most common types of seal faces are silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, rubber, graphite and so on. And Trisun, our company, provides all these types with superior quality...
